Margaret Ann Wagner's son Keith was killed in an auto accident in which the driver of the car had been inhaling glade aerosol.  On September 13, 2000, Keith's Law was passed in NJ making inhalants, vapors and fumes chargeable by evidence as part of the current DUI Law.
